Dr. Nghiem is an exceptional healthcare provider! A true doctor who really listens, cares to how you're feeling and of your actual wellbeing. Including his follow up to ensure you are in receipt of your medication. I believe this doctor's practices to be rare these days and it is amazing. It has been difficult to find a PCP appointment that is less than 6-7 weeks out. Not to mention my mainland insurance is not accepted on island. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Vu when my toddler had a fever in the middle of the night. Dr. Vu was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive even during the late hour. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and calmly; and was able to call in a prescription right away. Dr. Vu kept in contact until he knew we were able to pick up the medication. My aunt's freestyle 2 button broke and she was thinking of cutting the vacation short and going home, but the kind doctor took our call on Christmas morning and got a prescription sent in to the local drugstore here on the island.
